Ms. Dilber-Goekmen leads Fujimino Pharma’s strategy, operations and long-term development. As Representative Director & CEO, she is driving the company’s transformation and growth, strengthening manufacturing capabilities, building strategic customer partnerships and expanding the business as a reliable pharmaceutical manufacturing partner in Japan.
Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Senior Executive Officer
Mr. Suekuni is a licensed pharmacist with more than 20 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical quality, including senior roles at Sanofi, Takeda and Sun Pharma. As Senior Executive Officer and statutory Manufacturing Supervisor, he provides senior oversight of quality and regulatory compliance and supports the continued strengthening of the site’s quality system.

Operations & Technology
Head of Operations & Technology
Mr. Murakami leads Operations & Technology at Fujimino Pharma across manufacturing, MSTG and engineering. He brings deep experience in topical pharmaceuticals, spanning formulation development, scale-up, technology transfer and equipment validation. His focus is on reliable commercial execution, successful product transfers and continuous improvement of site capabilities.
Quality
Head of Quality Assurance
Ms. Murakami leads Fujimino Pharma’s Quality function, overseeing the pharmaceutical quality system and close integration of QA/QC with manufacturing. She brings broad experience from GSK, Sanofi and Nobelpharma across laboratory quality, external manufacturing oversight and site quality assurance, with a strong focus on GMP compliance, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain
Head of Supply Chain Management
Ms. Takemura leads Supply Chain Management at Fujimino Pharma, coordinating procurement, production planning, supplier management, logistics and warehousing. Her experience across pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses supports close alignment of materials, capacity and inventory with customer requirements, helping ensure reliable supply and efficient execution as new products are transferred into the site.

Mr. Kimura leads Finance, HR and IT at Fujimino Pharma, supporting the systems, controls and organizational infrastructure behind the site’s operations. He brings extensive experience in factory finance, cost accounting, ERP implementation and business transformation, including major organizational changes and system implementations across manufacturing businesses.
